• 100% neutral French oak, 8 months

Tasting Notes:

Dark red color; delicate and intriguing aromas combining blackberry, blueberry and plum notes with mixed herbs and spices; a full-bodied and intense wine with flavors of strawberry conserves and plums, with a zingy acidity and ample tannins to assure years of aging.

Winemaker Comments:

Inspired by the great Cab Franc-based reds of the Loire Valley, and accordingly packaged in a Loire/Burgundy-shaped bottle. The distinctive varietal complex of herbs and fruit fully preserved by neutral oak aging.
